My reasonable goal of three workouts a week worked great for me this week.
Monday: yoga & swim
Wednesday: yoga
Friday: core and conditioning & swim
The very smart LC came up with idea of adding some strength training into our routine. We did lunges,squats, planks, pushups & more. I'm sore! That is to be expected but I was surprised by how sore yoga on Wednesday made me. I thought yoga was only meant for making you feel all good and relaxed! But really,I was glad the session was more of a workout than I expected.
LC has given me options for the next five days so we know I have to get to at least three of those workouts!

Yoga is surprisingly soreness-inducing! I've been going to yoga classes off and on for the past few months, though more off than on recently. I'm scared to go back because of how sore I know I'll be after such a long break!
